When drilling into a customer from the admin console, can we be able to see their saved carts, list of complete orders, top products, outstanding orders, wish lists.

The sort function defaults to sorting by recommended. It would be better for us if it defaulted to A-Z from the start rather than having to change it. Also when it does sort, it does so by the descriptions for the products and not the stock codes ...
