When drilling into a customer from the admin console, can we be able to see their saved carts, list of complete orders, top products, outstanding orders, wish lists.

Be able to view the products in customers basket

rather than behind a "customer" login to the front end website. All "site admin" tools to move across so all administration is in one place.

Allow certain users access to stock at other warehouses if they are a collection customer. Sale to be made against that warehouse.

This is so that things like a Catalogue or merchandise can be included in the order

Include Privileges for managing Quotes, Access to Reports

The sort function defaults to sorting by recommended. It would be better for us if it defaulted to A-Z from the start rather than having to change it. Also when it does sort, it does so by the descriptions for the products and not the stock codes ...

Basically add in the extra search ability to filter down to orphans within a product matrix; same as when searching products in the main CMS.
