Bundle are posted to the accounts system in two different ways but both make reporting on how often customers order bundles very difficult. Produce a report showing how often Bundles are ordered.
Show a report for customers that are logging in but not ordering. Report should have a date range defaulting to last 3 months. It should show the number of logins
Report detailing Account code Purchasers on the account and whether they're account managers or not Their email addresses - Addresses - Phone numbers - Account type (they have type C enabled)
Monthly sales total dashboard to show whether customers or agents placed order
On the monthly sales total it shows the total value or orders placed and total number of orders placed each month. It would be useful if this have a option to display whether or not the orders were placed by customers (retail or trade) or agents.
Reporting is currently only available to Admins with access to /admin. Reports such as Account Activity would be useful for Agents and be accessible in the web site.
