We currently do this by making such users limited 'Agents' but it would be better if they could be 'Purchasers' with a higher 'Role'

At the moment, to create a "worldwide" zone, you have to Shift + Arrow down to select all of the countries to be able to add them all.

Implement the 'Select All' checkbox type functionality so you could delete all delivery address or all purchasers. So you could 'Select All' and then deselect the two you wanted to keep and then press delete

Reporting is currently only available to Admins with access to /admin. Reports such as Account Activity would be useful for Agents and be accessible in the web site.

Where a customer is creating accounts for Retail it woyuld be helpfull to see the account code and to be able to filter by it
