Overall GoB2B help is poor, Links rarely go to relevant help file, help outdated or written by people who already know answers so not descriptive enough for those that don't, Search frequently does not bring up searched for subject(s)

Hi Phil, it can definitely feel that way but it is worth the pain. There are also features that you wouldn't know exist until you ask (a list of these might also be useful). Maybe a community platform may also help so users can reach out to each other and share ideas a tips.
