reciprocal alternative/cross sell

When adding an item as a cross sell item, I would like the ability to tick an option to add the item as a cross sell or alternative to the item being added.

example.. product A is having product B added as a cross sell item... I would like to tick a box that adds product A added to product B in the same screen without me having to go into it separately.
