Date and Time for Ribbon Text

We currently use the ribbon text feature for displaying information such as New for new products. We also use it to display the Was price if something is on Promotion or Clearance, some of these are until stock sells through. Others are part of monthly offers which we manually update and activate as required. It would be great if we could set a start and end date/time for when these ribbons are displayed. We would then be able to set these up in advance and then just set the start/end dates.
