post the customers customisation text into the SO as a comment line under the line item of the product ordered.

  1. Some of our online items (such as this grade label) need customisation by customers when ordered online

  2. Right now we have to find the confirmation email, where the customisation text the customer has requested is shown, and then add that text to the SO as a comment line manually.

  3. Would be good if this was automated.
