Create at Order stage not Document stage

When an order is placed on the web site it is pushed through to Opera as a "document". This means that multiple times during the day someone has to either go into each individual account and progress the "document" to an "order" or use the batch system to list all documents and manually select which ones to progress to order stage. Both methods are fairly time consuming.

If the order was pushed into Opera at "Order" stage there is then no need to progress the document, saving us a lot of time manually carrying out the progression.

Once at order stage our warehouse picking and packing system picks up the order automatically and sends it to a handheld to be picked and shipped from the warehouse.

    Unfortunately the only way we can get an order into Opera is using their supplied importer which only imports documents. The Business Partners' of a number of our customers have supplied automated routines to do the Document -> Order process.
