Can automatic emails be sent to abandoned/idle baskets?
This would be beneficial to remind customers to complete their orders increasing sales and reducing chasing customers for orders.

This is a standard feature of Mailchimp which we had with our previous websites based on Woocommerce and NOPCommerce.
I have been asking for mailchimp integration for 2 years now. This really does need to be looked into considering the size of Mailchimp and the number of users now.
