When a customer is placing an order online and goes over their credit limit, they are unable to checkout and receive an error message that doesn’t actually explain the reason why.
Is it possible that when this happens, they receive a message stating ‘credit limit reached, please contact the office?
There are a number of situations where the unfriendly error message "no shipping available" occurs. Over credit limit, under minimum or value and account on hold. Make messages for all these stiuations meaningful. And customisable.
