Currently GOb2b do not have in house knowledge or expertise in this area and would need to look at adding additional resource to the team to provide this support. Given the frequent changes made in this area, it’s not a resource we are currently looking to commit to. We can suggest several experts in this field who can provide advice and consultancy outside of the GOb2b standard support contract and ensure our customers are up to date with current best practices. If a 3rd party expert is engaged by a GOb2b customer, we will review, assist and/or advise, where possible, with any technical queries relating to the GOb2b platform however we will not modify our standard functionality to accommodate a request raised by the 3rd party.
We are always reviewing our customer requests and suggestions and it may be that this is an idea we revisit in the future however no plans to implement an additional GA supports service at this time.
