the customer ang agent can see the accounts spending. this is in relation to our discount structure. the more they spend through the year the more discount they receive,

I appreciate your comments, is this an option I can pay for, the information is in sage under customer activity, is it possible to obtain a quote from your selves.
This is not something we will be taking forward as obtaining the data from all of the different systems we integrate to is too much work compared to the benefit.
