Over credit limit message including link to pay

Customer has asked if we do a function whereby their customer's can pay off their account online if their order is going to take them over their credit limit. Just in general, I think this would be a good idea, whether or not the order will take them over their limit.

I've seen this on a few bespoke sites, so definitely a popular request.
