Shipping service cut of times.

Although we have a banner on our site saying daily shipping cut off is 3pm, we still get customers select next day delivery service or even Saturday delivery on Fridays when its not possible. They are not happy when it doesn't arrive and they check their emails to see that we sent them an apology saying it wont be there as the courier has already left.

Our old site had restrictions for services such as we only offered Saturday delivery on a Friday, and next day delivery option was not selectable after 3pm so the customer didn't expect something that wasn't going to happen.

This would be an amazing new feature.
