Collection option at Checkout

When a customer wants to collect from us, whether they are retail or account, the option to collct is hidden until after they have entered billing details then delivery address, which is pointless if they are collecting, the collection needs a tick box or something on the initial checkout page and now a few customers have used this option they don’t like it, can you change please as what you have now is not logical
