Allow a customer the option to attach a PDF purchase order at the checkout

Admittedly our system isnt live yet but our sales team think that some people are likely to want to attach a PO even though they have entered the order directly.

I suppose most will have had to create a PO on their accounting system anyway even though they have entered the order onto the website and might feel happier if they could also send a copy.
