A few customers have complained that they have to enter their email address every time they create a new stock notification. Is there a way that the system can remember their email address or for it to default this to the logged in user?

Being able to change these per page rather than site wide. Some content benefits from being in a thinner column. Quick select all content on page to have the same rounded edges & margins.
