Advance Notification for CMS Restarts or Server Maintenance

Currently, if the CMS server restarts while someone is editing content, there's no warning — and unsaved work can be lost without notice. This is incredibly frustrating!

It would be a huge improvement to have a notification system that alerts users in advance of any upcoming server restart or maintenance. This could be:

• An on-screen pop-up (e.g. "Server will restart in 5 minutes. Please save your changes.")

• A persistent banner visible to logged-in users

• An email alert

• A clearly communicated, regularly scheduled daily reset time (e.g. 11am GMT) shown in the admin panel/dashboard

This would prevent lost work, reduce user frustration, and improve confidence in the platform.
