Include Account Representative Email

When drilling into a customer from the admin console, can we be able to see their saved carts, list of complete orders, top products, outstanding orders, wish lists.

Be able to view the products in customers basket

rather than behind a "customer" login to the front end website. All "site admin" tools to move across so all administration is in one place.

Provide a report with the same fields as the Customer Mailing List
